What We Believe

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.”
Hebrews 10:23

As members of the worldwide Traditional Anglican Communion, our teaching and practice are based soundly on the Holy Bible and expressed according to the traditional Book of Common Prayer. We are part of Christ’s One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, and so we embrace the historic creeds of the undivided Church as expressed in the Nicene Creed, the “Apostles’ Creed, and that known as the Creed of St. Athanasius. We are Reformed (in the classical sense) and yet maintain a catholic feel to our worship. Additional doctrinal statements can be found here:

As a local body, we believe that it is both our duty and privilege to worship joyfully and celebrate the presence of Christ with us; to enthusiastically share the Gospel with those who don’t know Him; to minister to all those who are in trouble, sorrow, need, sickness, or any other adversity; and to use our gifts to the Glory of God. We declare our firm intention to seek and achieve full sacramental communion and visible unity with other Christians who “worship the Trinity in Unity, and Unity in Trinity,” and who hold the Catholic and Apostolic Faith in accordance with the aforementioned principles. We acknowledge that rule of faith laid down by St. Vincent of Lerins: “Let us hold that which has been believed everywhere, always and by all, for that is truly and properly Catholic.”
